Supplied Artwork

All advertisements must be supplied as high resolution 300 DPI files.
Colour should be CMYK.

Acceptable file formats include:
Adobe Acrobat PDF’s (.pdf) – press quality/high resolution/300DPI
Photoshop files – JPEG (.jpg), PSD (.psd), TIFF (.tif), PNG (.png) – 300DPI
Illustrator files – Adobe illustrator (.ai), PDF (.pdf) 300DPI with fonts embedded.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT MICROSOFT PUBLISHER FILES.

Please note that logos and Images downloaded from websites are NOT acceptable.
These are low resolution files and will print as blurred, pixelated or both.

We can design your advert

The Diary provides advertisers with an advert design service at no extra cost.
You will need to supply the wording for your advert, preferable colours plus any logos or images to be included.
If advertising copy is supplied in a Microsoft word document, any logos or images used must be high resolution/large format flies and preferably supplied as separate files (JPEG or PNG).

Artwork supplied via email

Email all files and correspondence to:  info@thediary.com.au
Compression programs such as ‘Zip’ or ‘Stuffit’ can be used for large files.
Emailed file size should not exceed 3MB

Artwork supplied on disk

Artwork can be supplied on CD, DVD or USB.
Media should be posted to: The Diary, PO Box 7, Kelmscott WA 6991.
